Just like the other Woods locations, this Cole Valley outpost serves a tight menu of small-batch beer and wine. Drink them on a spacious patio that does the trick for bigger birthday parties or impromptu weeknight debriefs, or sprawl out at a booth inside with a glass of orange or a frosty pint of hibiscus ale. This Woods is also the only one serving smashburgers by Lovely’s. The Oakland-based burger spot does caramelized, lacy-edged patties and hand-cut fries that draw in hordes of beef-loving families and friend groups.
