The sequel to Outta Sight continues its reign of New York-ish style pizza supremacy, this time in the pie-deprived neighborhood of Chinatown. The new location nails the same bubbly, chewy crust and sauce that’ll make you want to kiss a tomato on the forehead. While they don't have their fantastic sandwiches at this outpost, there are some new additions, including grandma slices adorned with butter chicken or Peking duck and hoisin. They’re fun to try once or twice, but we’re always drawn to the regular thin-crust slices topped with pepperoni or portuguese sausage, or the Madonna (a classic cheese pie).

There are no seats, so snag some space at the standing table or counter, rub elbows with your fellow cheese and sauce-inhalers, and admire the pizza-themed art and stained glass Pizza Hut lamp (in case you need yet another reminder of what this place is all about). Or just take your cardboard box to Portsmouth Square, and point any inevitably jealous onlookers in the right direction.

Madonna

This cheese pie lets the sweet, slightly acidic tomato sauce have its moment. When in doubt, order this.

Pepperoni

Another classic that Outta Sight has perfected. They don’t skimp on the pepperoni, and the fresh basil and grated dry jack on top give each bite some extra oomph.

APB

Thinly sliced jalapeño and pineapple make a great supporting cast, but the real heavy hitter is the sweet, spam-like portuguese sausage. You need this slice.

Peking Duck

Some days this grandma slice (a nod to the neighborhood) is well-balanced, but others it’s overly sweet with hoisin.

Ranch

This housemade ranch is thick enough to patch a hole in some drywall. Use it for crust-dipping, and don't be surprised if you're tempted to lap up the dregs like a post-meal digestif.
